MEASURE Evaluation is USAID's flagship project for health information and evaluation. In the most recent phase of MEASURE Evaluation, the project has worked in PEPFAR priority countries to ensure efficient collection and use of information to improve program performance and assist countries in making gains towards their 95-95-95 targets. During this session, we will present innovative methods and examples of working with country partners to strengthen information systems to achieve more equitable provision of HIV services, especially for the most vulnerable populations. We will discuss advancements in the coverage and quality of routine data to address issues in HIV service provision, and explore approaches for when routine data is not enough to effectively evaluate HIV programs and projects. The session will culminate in an interactive activity, during which audience members will explore key advancements and identify next steps in advancing information systems to meet the goals of 95-95-95.
